Week 14 - ♥
Well, today was the day! We heard our baby's heartbeat for the very first time! I am still on a high from it. It was so amazing. I was expecting it to take a while, that she would have to search a bit. Nope! Not at all, it was right there when she put the doppler down on my tummy. Baby was moving around a lot, so it started out loud, and then you could hear it get quite, then louder again. It was so great! What a great day! :o)

At my last appt. the doctor in her opinion said usually when it's a boy it is harder to keep the doppler on the heartbeat because they move around so much and the girls seem to just stay put. No hopes or anything but I thought it was a cute opinion. Lyss is really really really hoping for a boy but I have a strong feeling it's a girl! We both shall see in just a lil longer!!!
ReplyDeleteHmmmm...good food for thought. :o) Yes, we'll both see very soon! Either way I'll be excited. I just know Tommy will let out a big WooHoo, the whole clinic will hear type, if it's a boy. LOL! I'm so ready to know. Do you have an appt. set up for an u/s yet?
